Adults (Individuals and Couples)

As a qualified Integrative Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and 18 years post qualifying experience, I am able to use different counselling models to help Adults (Individuals and Couples) address and try to overcome  various problems, as listed below.

The counselling models, (or approaches) , that I most frequently use include, Person Centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Therapy and Creative Techniques.  I have completed post qualification training in each of these models.

I have specialist training in Infertility Counselling and am an accredited member of the British Infertility Counselling Assiociation.

 

Children, Teenagers and Young Adults

I have over 10 years experience counselling Children, Teenagers and Young Adults (7 -25 years). My experience has been gained as result of counselling in schools, further education and university settings.

Using creative techniques such as sand therapy, use of miniatures, drawing, painting, clay work and the talking therapies, I am able to support young people who experience the following issues:
